In order to prevent overcrowding and to provide each dog with quality care, please reserve your dog's place in Day Care at least 24 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee service for walk-ins. To ensure the safety and welfare of all the participants we require the following health care be followed.
General:
• Age: All dogs must be over 12 weeks of age.
• Sex: Female dogs over the age of 6 months must be spayed. Un-neutered males will be allowed on a case by case basis.
Medical: All dogs must have up to date vaccinations; including:
• DA2PP, Rabies and a yearly Bordetella
• A negative fecal parasite screening within the past year
• Monthly flea and tick preventative
• Monthly intestinal parasite preventative
• All dogs must be healthy when they come to play.
Hours of Operation: 7:00 am –7:00 pm Monday – Friday.
Services: We will provide the following daily for your pet:
• Enforcement of basic training principles (no jumping/ “Four on the floor,” Wait, Sit, etc.)
• One on one time with staff
• Weekly theme changes to keep your dog engaged
Daycare Reservation Policy:
Please reserve your dog's day at least twenty four (24) hours in advance. We will make every effort to fit in walk-ins, but cannot guarantee admittance.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled twenty four (24) hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge for a full day of daycare.
Late Pickup Policy:
Any late dog pickup after 7pm will be charged a late pickup fee of $1/minute for every minute beyond 7pm.
